For Applicant(s) Advocate : Mr S.P.Singh through VC, on behalf of the applicant For Respondent(s) Advocate : Mr. K.S.Yadav, ACGSC, for the respondents Order of The Tribunal Counsel for the respondents submits that since a Review Petition is pending before the Hon'ble Rajasthan High Court against the order passed in DB Civil Writ Petition No.13679/2020, the matter may be adjourned. Considering the same prayer submitted by learned counsel for the respondents on the last occasion also, direction to comply with the order was granted with an observation that, 'a last opportunity is granted to the respondents to comply with the order before the next date of hearing failing which, the erring officer may be directed to remain present in person', before this Bench. Despite above direction, compliance has not been made by the respondents, we direct the erring/responsible officer for compliance, to remain present with the reasons for not complying with the order.
