Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that, as on date, there is a vacancy at PM Shri KVS, Uttarlai, Barmer, which is lying vacant. Additionally, he has also submitted a representation on 29.09.2026. He will be satisfied if his representation is sympathetically considered and, accordingly, his place of posting is decided/modified. Heard both the parties at some length and perused the material available on record. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, this case is disposed of with a direction that the respondents shall decide/consider the representation filed by the applicant on 29.09.2026 by modifying/changing the transfer order dated 24.04.2026 as per guidelines in vogue within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till the representation is decided, the interim relief shall continue. Accordingly, the OA is disposed of. Misc. Application is disposed of as well.
