Shri Ram Mohan Johri, Administrative Member The applicant has filed the present Original Application seeking quashing of the order dated 09.09.2026 and the writ of demand dated 17.09.2026 issued under Section 62 of the Land Revenue Act, whereby recovery of the demanded amounts has been sought from him.

legality of recovery proceedings initiated under the Land Revenue Act, which cannot be adjudicated by this Tribunal in exercise of its jurisdiction under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.
3. Accordingly, the Original Application is dismissed for want of jurisdiction, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
4. The applicant shall be at liberty to avail of the appropriate remedy before the competent forum, in accordance with law.
5. There shall be no order as to costs.
