Order of The Tribunal (THROUGH VIRTUAL MODE) Learned A.A.G. appearing for the respondents submitted that the case of the petitioner for his regularization in terms of the final order of this Tribunal dated 06.11.2024 has been forwarded to Respondent No. 1 department and sometime be granted to file the compliance rport. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that order of this Tribunal after being upheld by the Hon'ble High Court has been confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 01.09.2026 and now there is no option left for Respondent No.1, except implementation of the final order of this Tribunal. List on 26.11.2026.
In case, compliance report is not filed by Respondent No. 1 by the next date of hearing, orders regarding attachment of his salary would be passed. In the meanwhile, learned counsel for the petitioner shall also file M.A. for substitution of new incumbents.
