CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL JAMMU Order Sheet Item no.: 13 C.P./35/2025 (JAMMU) In T.A./5724/2021 CONSEQUENTIAL BENEFITS Court No.: 1 No of Adjournment: 22 Order Dated: 21/10/2026 SUBASH SINGH CHIB Vs D/O REVENUE

For Applicant(s) Advocate : Mr. Subash Singh Chib, applicant in person For Respondent(s) Advocate : Mr. Hunar Gupta, D.A.G., Mr. Sudesh Magotra, A.A.G. Order of The Tribunal (THROUGH VIRTUAL MODE) Mr. Subhash Singh Chib, the petitioner has stated that Respondent No. 2 has not taken any steps to sanction pension and other retiral benefits in his favour, due to which he and his family are suffering. It is further submitted by petitioner that he has furnished all the documents in the office of Divisional Commissioner, Jammmu in the month of June 2026, despite that no action has been taken by Respondent No. 2 for releasing the pension and other retiral benefits in his favour. It is further submitted by the petitioner that even though Writ Petition No. 2624 of 2026 is pending in the Hon'ble High Court against the final order of this Tribunal dated 25.11.2024, however, the pendency of the said Writ Petitition has nothing to do with the release of pension and other retiral benefits in his favour. At the request of learned D.A.G., two weeks' time is granted to file the compliance report with regard to steps taken for release of pension and other retiral benefits in favour of the petititioner, failing which salary of Respondent No. 2 would be attached on the next date of hearing.
