AAG Order of The Tribunal Learned counsel for the respondents submits that they are in the process of implementation of this Tribunal's order shortly and the salary of the applicant has been re-fixed as per the directions of the Tribunal. He further submits that the present incombent in the meantime has been transferred and new incombent has joined who is required to be added as respondent in the present Contempt Petition. Now, last and final opportunity is hereby granted to the contemnors to file the compliance report failing which salary of the concerned respondent would be stopped on the next date of hearing. Learned Sr. Counsel for the applicant is directed to take steps for implementation of the present incumbent in the Contempt Petitiion. List this matter on 17.11.2026.
