AAG Order of The Tribunal Vide order dated 08.09.2026, respondent no. 2, Director, Directorate School Education Department, Muthi, Jammu was directed to comply with the order failing which his salary would be stopped on the next hearing, however, when the matter was taken up today, surprisingly, neither the order was complied, nor the Secretary was present before this Court, thereby disobeying the order of this Court. Keeping this in view, we are constrained to stop the salary of respondent no. 2, Director, Directorate School Education Department, Muthi, Jammu. DDO concerned is directed to stop the salary of respondent no. 2 with immediate effect and the same shall not be released until further orders. List on 15.12.2026
