ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The writ petitioner filed the present review petition.
2. This Court recorded the compliance report filed by the official respondents in the writ proceedings. Regarding civil rights relating to immovable properties, if any dispute exists on title/ownership, aggrieved parties have to approach the competent civil court of law. This Court disposed of the writ petition recording the submissions made between parties and in respect of temple properties, competent authorities of the HR and CE Department under the HR and CE Act is empowered to initiate proper action to protect the temple property. As far as the civil rights of the private parties are concerned, they may approach the competent civil court of law.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 2nd respondent would submit that the subject temple is not governed by the HR and CE Department, if so, the same may also be verified.
