ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The grounds raised by the review petitioner is that a civil suit has been instituted by the review petitioner. If at all any such suit has been instituted, it is left open to the petitioner to secure appropriate reliefs on merits and in accordance with law from the competent court of law. However, this Court disposed of the writ petition recording the instructions given by the learned Government Advocate through the departmental officials. Thus, there is no error on the face of record.
