ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The grounds raised in the review petition appears to be irrelevant in the context of the issues considered by this Court in the order sought to be reviewed. This Court has not issued any direction causing prejudice to the interest of the review petitioners, namely Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Coimbatore) Ltd.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that an application filed before the Government is pending. Thus, the petitioners are at liberty to pursue the said application. However, no ground has been made out to review the order.

REV.APLW No. 250 of 2026

3. Accordingly, the Review Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. (S.M.S.,J.) (D.B.C.,J.) 08-09-2026 Index: No Speaking order Neutral Citation: No sp To
