O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by D.Bharatha Chakravarthy,J.) Prayer in the Review Application is to review the judgment dated 21.06.2023 made in W.A.No.4299 of 2019. By the said judgment,

W.A.No.4299 of 2019 was allowed with directions contained therein. The partly unsuccessful appellant has filed the present Review Application.
2. Mr.Balan Haridas, learned counsel appearing for Review Applicant would submit that having found that Review Applicant is entitled to subsistence allowance throughout the period, the said relief has not been granted in the operative portion of the judgment. Hence, the present Review Application has been filed.
3. Upon considering the said argument and perusal of material records as well as documents, it is seen that it was a conscious decision that was taken by the Bench to restrict the relief granted to the Review Applicant. In view thereof, it cannot be said to be an error apparent on the face of record. This is only an appeal in the guise of Review and no ground to review the judgment is made out.
