O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam,J.) The order sought to be reviewed dated 27.01.2022 passed in A.S.No.873 of 2019 was taken by way of SLP (C) Diary No.23505 of 2022 before Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. The said case was dismissed as withdrawn. Admittedly, no liberty was granted to Review Applicant by Apex Court.

2. Learned counsel for Review Applicant has raised grounds on merits, which cannot be considered in a Review Petition. Scope and ambit of Order 47 Rule 1 of CPC cannot be expanded for re-adjudication or re-appreciation of facts or issues on merits. Non consideration of certain grounds in the judgment would not constitute a ground to review the judgment. Simple withdrawal of SLP before Supreme Court would be sufficient to reject the Review Application and not otherwise. Consequently, the present Review Application is dismissed. No costs.
