It is brought to the notice of this Court that, during the pendency of the writ appeal, the respondent / writ petitioner participated in the open competitive process conducted for Group II post, got selected and joined in Government service.
2. Since no grievance exists for the respondent / writ petitioner as on today, no further adjudication needs to be entertained and thus, the writ appeal stands closed. No costs.
