For Respondent(s) Advocate : FURQAN SOFI - GA VICE RAIS UD DIN GANAIN - DAG Order of The Tribunal 01/ A detailed order was passed in this matter on 09-08- 2024, whereunder cost of Rs. 2000/- was imposed and ordered to be depoisted before the CAT Library Fund, Srinagar, by the respondents 3&4, to be shared by them equally from their personal earnings. 02/ Matter came up for consideration again on 12-09- 2024, but needful had not been done. However, in view of the submission made by Mr. Waseem Gul - the then GA, who appeared for he respondents that he will deposit the cost as also he will file the reply on that very day, court took a lenient view and it was provided that in case needful is not done by him as prayed for, in that eventuality, the Superintendig Engineer, Power Development (M&RE), Wing, South Circle Pulwama, and Executive Engineer, Electric Division Pulwama, shall remain present before the court in person on next date of hearing. 03/ Today the matter is listed for consideration and the earlier order dated 12-09-2024 has not been complied with. In this view of the matter, in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case and in order to uphold the supermacy of law and to ensure that the long pending case is decided at an earliest, it has become expedient to seek personal presence of the Superintendig Engineer, Power Development (M&RE), Wing, South Circle, Pulwama and Executive Engineer, Electric Division Pulwama, before the court tommorrow - 29th of October, 2026 at 11.30 AM, by issuing bailable warrants to the tune of Rs. 50,000/- each to be executed by the process serving agency of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Pulwama. At this stage Mr. Furqan Sori- GA assured the court that he will comply with the earlier order dated 12- 09-2024 and will produce the aforesaid officers as directed earlier. In this backdrop, bailable warrants, as ordered supra, are deffered for the time being. 04/ List for consideration tomorrow - the 29th October, 2026.
