1. The instant M.A.1410/2026 arises out of T.A./2973/2020 wherein the applicant seeks a direction upon the respondent no. 1 to produce the complete vacancy position of the post of Assistant Professor (Commerce) in the Higher Education Department available as on date.
2. Issue notice. Mr. Syed Musaib, learned DAG, and Ms. Farhat Riyaz vice Mr. Shah Amir, appear and accept notices for the respondents, who are granted two weeks' time to file their response.
3. Since the matter is pending past the year 2017 and it is nearing a deade, it would be in the interest of justice, if Mr. Syed Musaib, learned DAG, submits the vacancy position on the next date of hearing, as the same would facilitate the quick disposal of the case.
