1. The instant O.A. is filed against the inaction of the rsepondents in failing to accord sanction to the applicant's 1st and 2nd In-situ promotion, which became due w.e.f. 01.02.2003 and 01.02.2012, respectively.
2. Issue notice upon the respondents. Mr. Rais ud din Ganaie, learned DAG, appears and accepts notice for the respondents, who is granted four weeks' time to file his detailed response.
3. In the meantime, respondents shall consider the representation filed by the applicant, in accordance with law, keeping in view the eligibility/entitlements of the applicant.
