1. On 21.09.2026, the petitioner was directed to appear in person on the next date of hearing for the reason so that he could be ascertained as to whether the order has been complied with or not.
2. Mr. Bhat Fayaz, learned counsel for the petitioner appearing through virtual mode submits that the order has not been complied with in its letter and spirit.
