1. Learned counsel for the respondents has referred to a communication no. DS/JK/CL/2019-20/6375 dated 05.02.2020, addressed by the Directorate of Sericulture Dev. Department, J&K, Jammu, to the Secretary to Government, Agriculture Production Department, Civil Secretariat, Jammu, which is also part of the O.A. It is averred in the communication as regards the regularization of the labourers under SRO 64, and as stated in the O.A., the case of the applicant has also been forwarded along with others through the said communication.
2. Mr. Syed Musaib, learned DAG, who is present along with Mr. Tanveer Ahmad, Manager Seed, Mirgund, shall submit the status report as regards the follow up action taken in the light of the aforesaid communication. Three weeks' time is granted to do the needful.
