1. The applicant has filed the instant M.A. seeking release of subsistence suspension allowance along with arrears and consequential benefits.
2. Issue notice upon the respondents. Mr. Syed Musaib, learned DAG, appears and accepts notice for the respondents, who is granted three weeks' time to file his response.
3. In the meanwhile, the respondents no. 3 & 4, shall consider release of subsistence allowance in favour of the applicant, in accordance with law.
