SATINDER SINGH, AAG Order of The Tribunal The applicant has remained unrepresented on the last two consecutive date of hearing, i.e., 17.08.2026 and 08.09.2026 , and even today has not appeared before this Court. Even the facility of advancing arguments through virtual mode has not been availed of. It is the duty of the petitioner/litigant to be vigilant and pursue his case diligently. He is required to cause his appearance on the due date of hearing. This persistent absence leaves this Tribunal with no option but to presume that the applicant has lost interest in prosecuting the matter. In view of the above, M.A./1378/2026 seeking restoration of T.A./1660/2021 stands also dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the petition if the cause still subsists in accordance with law, and subject to just exceptions from the respondents. Interim direction(s), if any, shall stand vacated.
