PRAYER :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant our villagers to perform the Parivaara Poojai and Kumbabishegam on 16.09.2026 and 17.09.2026 respectively in
the Arulmigu Sri Karaiyadi Sudalai Maadasami Pattani Swamy Kovil and the Arulmigu Mela Karaiyadi Sudalai Maadasami Pattani Swamy Koil, by considering the petitioner's representations dated 24.08.2026.
