Heard both sides. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that probation confirmation orders in respect of the applicant and others have already been issued on 21.10.2026 taking effective date of confirmation of the applicant as 25.02.2024. Seniority list also produced where the applicant is at serial No. 38. But according to the leanred Counsel for the applicant, in the nature of the challenges made, the length of service of the applicant is very important and that aspect has not been touched in the reply statement filed by the respondents. The learned Standing Counsel submits that she wants to file an additional reply statement, which is under process. Adjourned to 16.11.2026.
