J U D G M E N T
(Judgment of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam, J.) The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that during the pendency of the writ appeal, approval of appointment was granted and the first respondent - Teacher was re-deployed to other school under the same Corporate Management.
