2. The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to remove the petitioner's name in the History Sheet list in H.S.No. 853 of 2012, maintained by the 2nd respondent by considering his representation dated 07.08.2026.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that, though petitioner is alleged to have involved in Criminal cases, all cases have been disposed of and in none of the cases the petitioner was found guilty. He further submitted that there is no case pending against the petitioner as of now and hence, maintaining petitioner's name in H.S.No.853 of 2012 is not warranted. Having no action from the respondent police, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) take notice for the respondents and submitted that though the petitioner had several previous cases, all the said cases are disposed of, in which the petitioner was acquitted. He further submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2026 is pending with the second respondent.

5. Recording the above submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the consideration of the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2026 and dispose of the same, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
