PRAYER :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records relating to impugned rejection order issued by the 2nd respondent in C.No.10/AC AVPM/MC/Proceedings/2026
dated 01.09.2026 to quash the same and consequently directing the respondent 1 to 3 to grant permission and police protection for “Grand District-Level First Annual Kabaddi Tournament” proposed to be held on 05.09.2026 and 06.09.2026 at S.R.V.Chidambaram Thidal, L.M.Nagar, opposite Ayyanpappakudi VAO Office, Avaniyapuram, Madurai District and pass such further or other orders as this Court.
