ORDER
The learned counsel for the respondent states that Final Decree has already been passed on 16.04.2026 in O.S.No.40 of 2013 itself, and hence, the prayer sought for in the civil miscellaneous petition has become infrucous and nothing survives for further adjudication.
2. In view of the above, this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as in fructous. Consequently, the civil revision petition is closed at the SR stage itself.
