COMMON ORDER
TR CMP No. 314 of 2026: This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw HMOP No. 3860 of 2025 pending on the file of the Principal Family Court Chennai and transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court at Alandur and to be tried along with HMOP No. 546 of 2025 already pending on the file of Sub Court Alandur.
2. TR CMP No. 345 of 2026: This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer the Matrimonial case in HMOP No. 546 of 2025 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Alandur to the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai.
3. Pursuant to the parties being referred to the Mediation Centre, before the learned Mediator, the parties have reached a settlement, terms of which adduced in writing, in and by settlement agreement, dated 10.03.2026. The parties to the revisions are signatories to the said settlement agreement, in fact the respective counsel has also signed the said settlement agreement. The learned counsel on either side have no objection for the revision petitions being disposed of in terms of the said settlement agreement, dated 10.03.2026.
4. In the light of the above, this court passes the following order:-
i) Tr.CMP No.314 of 2026 is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 10.03.2026.
ii) Tr.CMP No.345 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn, as per the undertaking given by the wife in the settlement agreement dated 10.03.2026.
iii) Liberty is granted to the parties to file a mutual consent divorce petition before the Principal Family Court at Chennai. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 03-09-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No MST
