ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) Learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the State and respective learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties would submit that the writ petition has been instituted by 39 petitioners. Out of 39 writ petitioners, 38 writ petitioners have withdrawn their writ petition and 8th petitioner alone has not chosen to withdraw the writ petition.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the 8th writ petitioner, Mr.R.Sureshkumar. Since all 38 writ petitioners had withdrawn the writ petition, and 8th petitioner has not represented the case, it is to be construed that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the writ petition anymore. Therefore, the present writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, are closed. (S.M.S.,J.)
