PRAYER :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to the impugned order dated 31.08.2026
passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission to conduct the proposed Aadal and Paadal Programme on 05.09.2026 between 7.00 p.m. and 10.00 p.m. subject to such reasonable conditions as may be imposed by this Court.
