2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the revision petition and also recording the statement of the learned counsel for the respondent that the offer for settlement proposed by the petitioner is not agreeable to the respondent, I do not find any purpose in keeping this revision petition any longer. The prayers sought for in the revision is for limited direction to dispose of I.A.No.7 of 2026 in O.S.No.5768 of 2022, for which, the respondent’s counsel also has no serious objection.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner brings to my notice that I.A.No.7 of 2026 is posted to 17.09.2026 for “Orders”.
4. In view of the above, the learned III Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai shall ensure that I.A.No.7 of 2026 is finally disposed of by 30.09.2026, if not pronounced on 17.09.2026.
