M.A/1193/2025 : This is an application filed by the original applicant seeking restoration of the O.A dismissed for default on 20.11.2025. The explanation offered in the application is that the clerk of the advocate failed to take note of posting dates. It seems that the applicant was absent on 09.10.2025 and 20.11.2025. Immediately thereafter the application has been filed. Though the learned SCGSC opposed the application on the ground that no sufficient cause has been shown to restore the application, we feel that the explanation is satisfactorily averred in para 3 of the application. After hearing both sides, M.A is allowed. O.A stands restored. Post for rejoinder on 02.03.2026.
