ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The present review petition has been instituted mainly on the ground that the charges framed against the petitioner has not been dropped. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order has to be reviewed to that extent.
2. Perusal of the order sought to be reviewed would show that the Writ Appeal is dismissed as not pressed. The reason submitted by the appellant therein was that he has been employed in another Government College as Guest Lecturer and not interested in pursuing the appeal. That being the decision taken by the appellant, now she cannot turn around and file a review petition seeking review of the order.
