ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) State preferred the present review application seeking review of the order of this Court dated 07.02.2023, passed in W.A.No.1995 of 2012.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that Rule 35(aa) of the Tamil Nadu State and Subordinate Services Rules has been wrongly applied in this case and therefore, the order has to be reviewed.

3. Perusal of the other grounds raised in the review application would show that an attempt has been made to re-adjudciate the issue which is impermissible under Order XLVII Rule 1 CPC. The scope of review cannot be expanded by the re-adjudicating the issues already considered by this Court.

4. Since the petitioner has not established any error apparent warranting interference and exercise of the powers of the judicial review, the present review application stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. (S.M.S.,J.) (K.G.T.,J.) 01-09-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No SLI
