COMMON ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) Grounds for appeal cannot be considered to review the order already passed by this Court after adjudicating the issues.

2. The learned counsel for the review petitioner would mainly contend that the grounds in entirety raised by the review petitioner had not been considered by this Court and thus, the petitioner has chosen to file the review petitions.

3. Merits involved in a case cannot be adjudicated in a review petition. Re-adjudication or appreciation of facts once again in a review petition is beyond the scope of Order XLVII Rule 1 CPC. In the present cases, the grounds raised would show that certain grounds raised by the petitioner are not considered by the Court, which would not provide a cause for institution of review proceedings. However, no error apparent on record has been established by the petitioner.

REV.APPL Nos. 227, 215, 216, 224, 223 & 222 of 2026

4. Thus, the review petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. (S.M.S.,J.) (K.G.T.,J.) 01-09-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No SLI Note: Registry is directed to type the remaining cause titles. To
