ORDER
This revision petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 14.07.2026 made in E.A.No.01 of 2026 in E.P.No.05 of 2024 in RLTOP.No.01 of 2023 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Arakkonam, Ranipet District.
2. I have heard Mr.Jeremiah Gregory John, learned counsel for the revision petitioner and Mr.K.Venkatasubban, for M/s.Sarvabhauman Associates, learned counsel for the respondent.
3. As directed by this Court, by order dated 24.08.2026, today, the learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over an original Demand Draft issued by the South Indian Bank for Rs.9,22,000/-, favouring the respondent-tenant in full and final settlement of advance paid by the respondent-tenant. The respondent has also handed over the keys to this Court, which are in turn, handed over to the counsel for the petitioner.
