ORDER

This revision petition has been filed to set aside the order and decree dated 22.10.2024 in I.A.No.559 of 2010 in O.S.No.113 of 2010 on the file of the Sub Court, Attur.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has rightly pointed out that the present revision challenges the final decree passed in I.A.No.559 of 2010.

3. Admittedly, the final decree is appealable under the provisions of the Code. I am unable to countenance the submission of the learned counsel revision petitioner that the petitioner is entitled to maintain a revision, that too, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

4. In the light of the above, finding that the revision itself is not maintainable, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner to file regular statutory appeal in the final decree. No costs. Connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 31.08.2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No ATA To The Sub Court, Attur.
