ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement in the Court bundle seeking permission to withdraw the revision petition.

2. Though the request for withdrawal of the revision petition by Mr.S.V.Karthikeyan, learned counsel for the petitioner is vehemently opposed by Mrs.R.Sripriya, learned counsel for the 4th respondent, I do not see any embargo for the revision petitioner to withdraw the revision petition. The claim of the 4th respondent that the petitioner is in huge arrears. It is always open to the 4th respondent to workout his grievances in the manner known to law and cannot oppose the request for withdrawal of the revision petition.

2. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed. 31.08.2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No ATA
