ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Civil Revision Petition with liberty to file a fresh revision challenging the order passed in the execution proceedings, in the manner known to law. He has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to the effect.
2. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh revision. No costs.
