Judgment
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) Learned Special Government Pleader would submit that during the pendency of the present intra court appeal, the Chief Educational Officer, Tiruvannamalai District has issued an order in proceedings dated 19.11.2025, approving the appointment of the first respondent in the post of B.T.Assistant (History).
2. In view of the said development, no further adjudication on merits needs to be undertaken. Consequently, the writ appeal stands closed. No costs.
