been appearing on behalf of the applicant since last two consecutive dates i.e. 25.03.2026 and 24.07.2026. Therefore, it seems that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter.
2. In view of the above position, the Court has no option, but to dismiss the original application for want of prosecution. Accordingly, the O.A. No 120/2026 stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
