Present review application has been filed seeking review of the order dated 18.03.2026 passed in OA No. 883/2023 on the ground that the applicants (the respondent nos. 6 & 10 of OA) have not been heard as the notice ordered by this Tribunal sent to them returned unserved. The learned counsel for the applicants has stated that the aforesaid order of this Tribunal has been stayed by the Hon’ble High Court of Chhattisgarh vide order dated 14.05.2026 passed in WPS No. 4187/2026. The said WPS has been

filed by the respondent nos. 5 & 7 of OA No. 883/2023 on the same ground as has been raised in the present review application. Thus, the learned counsel for the applicants has prayed to review the order and to hear the OA afresh after giving opportunity to the applicants (respondent nos. 6 & 10 of OA).
2. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the official respondents has stated that since the order of this Tribunal has already been stayed, the present review application is not maintainable.
3. Having heard both the arguing counsel for the parties, we are of the considered opinion that after the order dated 14.05.2026 passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Chhattisgarh staying the order dated 18.03.2026 passed in OA No. 883/2023, this Tribunal has become functus officio. Accordingly, the review application is dismissed.
