Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has submitted a representation dated 14.12.2024 (Annexure A/4) for payment of retiral dues and other pensionary benefits. The same is pending before the respondents for consideration. He further submits that an adequate relief can be granted to the applicant by giving direction to the respondents to consider and decide the said representation in a time bound manner.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no objection if the Original Application is disposed of as per law in above manner.
3. Resultantly, this Original Application is disposed of, without commenting on the merits of the case, directing the competent authority of respondents to consider and decide the applicant’s representation dated 14.12.2024 (Annexure A/4), with a reasoned and speaking order, if not already decided, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
