Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondent vide letter dated 16.06.2025 (Annexure A/5) informed the applicant to file a fresh application for compassionate appointment alongwith relevant supporting documents. has filed a fresh application along with relevant supporting documents to the respondents. The same is pending before the respondents for consideration. He further submits that an adequate relief can be granted to the applicant by giving direction to the respondents to consider and decide the said application in a time bound manner.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no objection if the Original Application is disposed of as per law in above manner.
3. Resultantly, this Original Application is disposed of, without commenting on the merits of the case, directing the competent authority of respondents to consider and decide the applicant’s application, with a reasoned and speaking order, if not already decided, within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Applicant counsel is directed to serve a copy of the application for compassionate appointment with relevant documents as well as a copy of this order to the competent authority of the respondents.
