COMMON ORDER
Pending the above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions, the parties were referred to the Mediation Centre attached to this Court and they have been successful in reaching a settlement agreement dated 17.08.2026. The settlement has been reduced to writing and has also been signed by the petitioner, the respondent as well as their respective Counsel. In fact of a deed of Mubarat (Mubarat Nama) of even date viz.,. 17.08.2026, which also annexed to the settlement agreement. The parties have resolved all their disputes and differences and in view of the same, all cases filed by the respective parties, (2 filed by the wife and 3 filed by the husband) are being withdrawn in terms of settlement agreement.

2. In view of the deed of Mubarat dated 17.08.2026, the marriage between the respondent and petitioner is also hereby dissolved. The settlement agreement read with the deed of Mubarat, both dated 17.08.2026, shall form part and parcel of the order.
