MA No. 1393/2026 has been filed by the applicant's counsel seeking amendment in the OA. Learned counsel for the respondents have submitted that the copy of amendment application has not been provided to them. Therefore, the applicant's counsel is directed to provide a copy of amendment application to the counsel for respondents forthwith. Thereafter, the respondents may file reply/objection to the amendment application before the next date. MA No. 1259/2026 has been filed for change of the counsel. However, Shri Pankaj Dubey has already filed his Vakalatnama though the NOC of the earlier counsel is not on record. Hence, this MA is disposed of.
MA No. 274/2025 for taking documents on record is allowed and the documents are taken on record. MA No. 480/2023 reflected in the cause list is disposed of. List this matter again on 13.01.2027.
