Shobha Menon, Sr. Advocate assisted by Shri Rahul Choubey For Respondent(s) Advocate : Shri Sanjay Lal Order of The Tribunal Present review application has been filed seeking review of the order dated 18.03.2026 passed in OA No. 883/2023 on the ground that the applicants (the respondent nos. 6 & 10 of OA) have not been heard as the notice ordered by this Tribunal sent to them returned unserved. The learned counsel for the respondents has stated that the aforesaid order of this Tribunal has been stayed by the Hon’ble High Court of Chhattisgarh vide order dated 14.05.2026 passed in WPS No. 4187/2026. The said WPS has been filed by the respondent nos. 5 & 7 of OA No. 883/2023 on the same ground as has been raised in the present review application. Thus, the learned counsel for the applicants has prayed to review the order and to hear the OA afresh after giving opportunity to the applicants (respondent nos. 6 & 10 of OA). On the other hand, the learned counsel for the official respondents has stated that since the order of this Tribunal has already been stayed, this Tribunal has become functus officio and the present review application is not tenable. Learned counsel for the applicants has stated that the similar matter in OA No. 456/2022 is already listed on 26.11.2026 and prayed to hear this matter with that OA. In view of the above, list this matter on 26.11.2026.
