Mishra Order of The Tribunal Counsel for the respondents submits that the last date of filling option was 15.10.2026 and most of the candidates have already exercised options for permanent absorption in newly constructed DPSUs. Therefore, he seeks modification of the interim order. He further submits that on the similar issue, the Principal Bench of this Tribunal has disposed the OA No.1218/2026. In view of such position, we modify our interim order to the extent that any decision taken in pursuance of the options exercised by the applicants shall be subject to outcome of this Original Application. Counsel for the applicants seeks time to file rejoinder. Time is granted. List this matter for consideration on 03.12.2026.
