This matter has been taken up by me through Hybrid Mode.

The matter has been listed for hearing, and adjournments have been sought since 21.09.2026.

It is pertinent to mention that, vide order dated 15.09.2026 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, observed as under: - *The petitioner is seeking to file a review application before the DRAT, Delhi, however, the Registry of the learned DRAT is not accepting the same on account of a defect in the e-portal.*

Now that the review application has been accepted, the applicant has been seeking time for the past one month to cure the defects, which were raised by the registry.

Accordingly, one final opportunity is granted to the applicant to remove the defects, failing which the matter shall be proceeded in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the matter is re-posted to 06.11.2026 for rectification of defects.
