The casue shown for delay as mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of application for condonation of delay is that applicant was granted service pension for the rank of Havildar vide PPO No. 160201800502. The applicant came to know that he was drawing the basic pay @ 37000/- vide statement for month ending 03/2018 and his date of enrolement is 17.07.2999 another person Army No. 02694519W Hav Md. Intiyaz whose date of enrolement is 10.10.1999 is drawing basic pay for the month ending 04/2018 who is junior to the applicant. Applicant submitted application for adjustment on 23.10.2018. Again submitted on 10.11.2018 and 21.7.2018. The case of the applicant was taken up on various levels. Applicant again submitted an application for adjustment of one incremenet and issue of last pay certificate vide application dated 01.05.2025. Again the case of the applicant was taken up by HQ Madhya UP Sub Area Veterans Cell with the Grenadiers RC vide letter dated 23.06.2025 and again on 29.08.2025.
