This application has been filed for advancing the date of hearing in the main case. It has inter alia been submitted that on the previous date of hearing i.e.10.09.2026, learned counsel for the respondents had made a statement that in July 2026, a sum of Rs.4,71,096/- had been credited to the account of the applicant, however, the same is falsified by the document annexed as part of Annexure VII i.e. the Account summary of State Bank of India account as on 15.09.2026.
